June 2026 was a historic month for gamers, with massive announcements from PlayStation and Nintendo.
PlayStation kicked things off with the reveal of 'God of War: Laufey'.
Moving away from Kratos, the game features his late wife, Faye, as the protagonist.
Set in 'the Everywhen,' players will experience fluid, acrobatic combat led by actress Deborah Ann Woll.
Additionally, Santa Monica Studio hinted at a future remake of the original Greek trilogy.
Meanwhile, Nintendo thrilled fans during their June 9 Direct by finally announcing a full remake of the N64 classic, 'The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.'
Coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 later in 2026, the game promises to update the iconic graphics of the original while preserving its legendary gameplay.
